Yup tested multiple browsers too; Spotify begins buffering during playback, which isn't primarily a video issue.

Surround CPU usage near 5%, keep RAM between 20-30%, aim for about 30%. When you're tabbed in the video, everything runs smoothly; otherwise, other parts start to lag.

In the start menu, look for advanced system settings. Press the advanced tab, then navigate to the performance settings. Within those, click the advanced tab and adjust the option for planning CPU time to ensure background applications run smoothly.

Everything was done exactly as requested. The issue remains the same—your desktop tabs stay active even though the game video runs smoothly. Once you open the game, the video begins buffering.

Consider executing the games within a borderless windowed mode.

I usually use a borderless windowed setting. I believe I've explored all the options available online.

Successfully resolved the issue by disabling Avira's "Gaming Mode." The system now operates with normal priority, and everything functions properly.
