Hello everyone, I recently purchased my computer about three years ago. It has never had any problems until about three weeks ago when my YouTube videos and Twitch streams began buffering and stuttering without any clear reason. Checking the CPU usage showed it was extremely high, along with elevated temperatures. I suspect a faulty CPU cooler caused the issue, so I replaced it and temperatures stabilized, but the stuttering persists. I can't play on my second monitor while gaming (like Palworld or League of Legends). I've tried various fixes on Google—disabling hardware acceleration in apps, the GPU, updating drivers, turning off Shadowplay and Instant Replay—but nothing seems to work. I really need help! Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6GHz, 32GB DDR4 RAM, GeForce RTX 2080 Super (MSI Edition), MPG X570 Gaming Plus, motherboard Windows 11 (latest), BIOS latest. Power rating 450W Be Quiet.

If your CPU is having trouble handling work, disabling hardware acceleration could make things worse. It’s best to check if hardware acceleration is enabled for the applications you’re using.

What type of storage devices are you employing? SSD/NVMe or HDD? This might indicate a read/write problem if the operating system and software are utilizing the same drive, especially with an HDD.

The CPU usage wasn't the main problem—it happened only once. During play, the load stays around 30-50%, but the stuttering continues.

Avoid using more than 0% CPU; something is not working. Stop each service separately until usage drops to zero. After that, identify which one caused the issue—like DCOM, Power, Plug and Play, etc.—and focus on the background tasks first.

It was a single occurrence yesterday, I don’t understand how these "Diensthost" tasks were introduced, and I can’t reproduce it. They weren’t present when I tried to play the games. The screenshot I shared was taken in idle mode, and I wasn’t sure what the problem was.

Sorry to hear that. Initially I believed it would work, but then the video and sound would freeze every few seconds and the screen would load completely in black. It might also mean my CPU is damaged—there was a moment it felt very hot, near 95°C, and I had to shut down the PC for safety reasons.
