Hello, I'm not sure how many of you might be using this program, but I really hope someone can assist. I recently completed a new build with a 7905x and 7900xtx. I was eager to see the improvements in rendering times using an Intel 7900x and 1080ti. However, I'm facing a significant issue: my rendering isn't utilizing any hardware. In the task manager, my CPU usage stays around 4% during renders, with occasional spikes near 10%. Videos are taking an unreasonable amount of time to render, making it nearly impossible for me to continue. Here are two screenshots showing the Vegas sample project—one during rendering and another at the end. If anyone has any insights or solutions, I'd be grateful for your help.

Split the chart by per-core consumption. Which release is it? If it's an earlier build, some problems may arise with current CPU efficiency.

It's a bit strange, but make sure you update your GPU driver. Just in case. Also verify that GPU acceleration is enabled. Version 19 appears to be another attempt to limit resource usage.

GPU optimization is configured via the xtx settings, which has become problematic; therefore, I performed a complete Windows reinstall to ensure a clean start with only the latest drivers.

Other encoders such as the intermediate encoder are known for their speed. Legacy GPU acceleration can also improve performance in certain setups.

Eventually, after several random clicks and turning off the iGPU, the initial screenshot reflects what I anticipate for my hardware setup—roughly four minutes per percent. This process involves uploading files to enable audio and video playback at double speed. The subsequent image shows a much faster decline, accelerating rapidly. Finally, after core failures, performance plummets to over forty minutes per percent, which is not realistic. Once the cores stop functioning, the speed drops along with them.

I think the GPU acceleration is responsible for the improvement at first, around four minutes per percent. However, later the core count decreases again, making it take about forty minutes per percent. This is the fifth version I've tried, so I'm confident it works, but performance is declining now.

Display your render template video configuration options (for example).
