The issue seems to be with the temperature sensor, not the CPU itself. It appears to be malfunctioning, making it think the CPU is overheating and reducing performance. The problem persists whether you use different CPUs or not.

Yes. My device uses a Fujitsu Simens AmiloM3438G with a replaceable CPU.

Hey guys, I’ve got some great news. It seems my CPU kicked in after the laptop stayed on all night—super excited! Thanks for your help; it really made a difference.
