Requires at least a quad-core processor. Running it on two cores falls short of expectations, which isn't ideal for the user's needs. The best approach would be to look into driver updates.

Only games where the CPU performs well are suitable for LoL, WoW, Starcraft, old MMOs or RTS titles. I’m sorry for everyone who received this CPU—it received high praise in reviews. It’s a solid choice but not ideal for AAA games. You’ll need to invest in an i5 or i7, which I hope aligns with your original plan.

All other games work perfectly on it. I’ve been playing various titles like BF4, BF Hardline, Cod AW, Titanfall, and Witcher 3. It’s only GTA V that feels this way. I was thinking about upgrading to a locked i5 later, but right now it’s just a budget build I put together.

It's a software problem; G3258 isn't the best option for gaming, yet it shouldn't lead to stuttering.

Relax and have fun! Just cap the FPS at 30 or 40 using MSI Afterburner.
