It hasn't been working yesterday. Only today did I update HWInfo64 and NotebookFanControl. I think the problem might be with NBFC, but I'm not sure what to do. I tried removing it and restarting, but the issue persists. The system seems unresponsive. I need assistance.

HWInfo indicates throttling, yet CPU temperature remains under 40°C.

You would consider exchanging the purchase and opting for a model with a 4000 Ryzen processor.

HWInfo must indicate the cause of throttling, not just a single factor.

The Sensor section details how certain components respond under stress. It highlights issues like thermal throttling, particularly in devices such as the HTC PROCHOT EX. This means the processor slows down when overheating occurs, affecting performance.

Checked the details. First item is HTC PROCHOT CPU, second is PROCHOT EXT.
