Issue with RTX 3090 overheating or malfunctioning.
It was mentioned earlier, but this seems to point to a GPU issue. The power delivery system might be overheating when running a test or game, possibly due to a defect or a broken solder joint, causing the GPU to shut down. In such situations, other components can still operate. Some users have noted they can still hear background games or audio.
I checked the GPU again today and after five tests the computer froze. I heard the game running in the background, then it crashed completely on the second try. When I turned it on, there was just a red LED lighting up with fans running, but the GPU lights were off. It seems to be working fine now without any stress. Thanks for your help!
