Issue with RAM
Recently my games keep freezing. I turned on XMP and set the speed to 3600mhz, but the issue persists. I tried 2133mhz and 3200mhz and it works fine. My RAM is a G.Skill Trident Z 16GB (2x8) DDR4 at 3600MHZ. Can I change it back to 3600mhz? Checking the RAM slots 2 and 4, that's a bit confusing. Could you confirm if your RAM is in those slots? Also, consider using one stick at a time before updating the chipset firmware or drivers. Try adjusting the SOC voltage to 1.1 and observe the results.
I also attempted that by turning off XMP and adjusting my DRAM frequency to 3600mhz (without changing the other parameters; once I saved the settings and restarted the system, it still causes crashes in my games). Also, remember to enable XMP first, then adjust the SOC voltage.
Suggest adjusting the SOC voltage slightly higher and turn on XMP if needed. If that didn’t help after updating everything, I’m running out of ideas.
