It seems the available voltage might be insufficient for the task.
Purchasing 3600Mhz RAM ensures optimal performance at that frequency.
Yes I know lol But maybe by the slim ( very very slim ) chance that the memory controller can't handle it because it has bad silicon But you must be stupid unlucky do have such bad memory controller
