But if your parts are still inside the case, remove them first before proceeding with the steps listed. This issue occurred with me too, even on an older platform (9th gen Intel). I don’t know why—MB wasn’t shorted to the case and I didn’t extract all components from the motherboard, but removing MB and clearing CMOS restored functionality. If that doesn’t work, consider returning the motherboard and CPU for replacement just in case you need to isolate the problem.

Sorry to hear that. The motherboard was unavailable, so I tried clearing the CMOS multiple times, but the issue persisted. It’s unusual since it initially required several resets before functioning, yet once it stopped working inside the case.

I'm about to share a big surprise in the dark. Start by powering on the PC without using the keyboard or mouse. If that fails, unplug any HDD or SSD you have installed—this applies to M.2 drives too—and attempt again. One of these steps might succeed, though it's unlikely. I've encountered many silly solutions, but I'm open to trying. Don't expect a miracle, but I wouldn't be shocked if it works.
