It appears your CPU is currently capped at 4ghz. Have you enabled any overclocking settings?

No sir, I attempted to overclock it once after noticing performance problems in Warzone, but I made a mistake and had to reset the BIOS. The latest BIOS update didn't help either.

I have a R5 3600 with an RX 580 Sapphire Nitro+ 8GB, two 16GB TFSOFT Delta 3200 graphics cards.
Gameplay runs at 120 to 140 FPS using High settings.

I've observed similar configurations working for the game (Warzone) at 160-220 fps on YouTube.

Have you activated the XMP setting in BIOS? Check the task manager and verify your RAM is operating at the recommended speed. RYZEN performs best with quick RAM. Ensure you have the most recent AMD chipset drivers installed. In games, try running in fullscreen with NVIDIA overlay disabled, which has improved my performance noticeably. You might also adjust your computer’s power settings to "high performance." Windows also offers a feature called "game mode"; disabling it can potentially boost game frame rates.

They mentioned the issue. The YouTubers heavily overclock their CPUs and GPUs, adjusting settings such as shadows off and modifying 3D options in the NVIDIA control panel, switching texture rendering to performance mode. Your current stock speeds are fine. Many of them use capture cards that don’t affect performance. You won’t get the same FPS from an overclocked setup. Plus, your stock cooler isn’t ideal for overclocking. I have a liquid AIO cooler, and most YouTubers use the same. Your system is likely throttling due to heat—keep it cool and try overclocking. My overclocked 1660 Super and R5 3600 typically reach around 145 FPS with a mix of medium and high shadows, low settings. Just remember, you’re not running stock speeds and coolers + settings.
