Issue with low frame rate in COD WARZONE 2080 using Super Ryzen 5 3600
I have an issue with my FPS in COD Warzone. On YouTube, others with similar configurations (sometimes even slower RAM) are achieving 140-170 on high settings and 170-220 at low settings (1080p). In my case, as soon as I lower the FPS from 150 to 90-130 depending on the area, running the game at almost the lowest settings at 1080p. My PC seems to be underperforming, but I don’t know why. I’ve tried reinstalling the game on different SSDs, installing clean drivers, using older drivers, and setting the CPU priority to Normal in the Task Manager, but nothing helped. My CPU is at stock speed with a stock AMD cooler installed on top, and my computer is brand new, less than two weeks old.

Could you please help me? I really appreciate it.
I own two 8GB DDR4 RAM sticks, each 2x8GB with a clock speed of 3200MHZ.
These are the benchmark results I just ran.
It's also important to note that PUBG is not performing well either, with scores around 90-110 at low settings.
I have completed that task; the GPU appears to be operating at 70%-74% when I'm playing at 1080p, while my CPU seems to be running at 30%-50% load. My power supply is labeled "GIGABYTE 650W P650B 80+ BRONZE 3 YEAR." I have the newest GPU driver from Nvidia, which is version 452.06. Concerning my CPU, I have no idea if I need to install a driver or not. I connected a SATA 2.0 cable to my main SSD, and even after switching to SATA 3.0, performance stayed unchanged after a second benchmark. I also overclocked my graphics card and set my RAM to 3200 MHz, but noticed only minor improvements—just a few frames here and there.
I installed the SSD myself on my new PC, which was Windows-ready from my previous build. It had all the games I wanted to try, and they worked as expected once powered on. I’m unsure if this setup is affecting the performance of games like Warzone and PUBG, or if other titles are also struggling. So far, Red Dead Redemption 2 is running smoothly as I understand it.
Thank you for your response.
I recently assembled a solid gaming PC using my laptop's SSD, which holds only Windows and functions properly during gameplay. The PSU appears to be in good condition. Since you're using an AMD CPU, it's likely that the AMD Ryzen Master driver is already installed on your PC. My previous approach was to reinstall the game or perform a clean install of Windows, which seems like the most viable option.
The RAM isn't functioning at the expected rate according to UB. Verify that the modules are placed in slots a2-b2 and ensure XMP is activated in BIOS.
