It seems the servers vary across battlefield titles, which is why you focused on the BF1 server for EA.

Really, I’m exhausted from this situation. I’ve talked to EA support six times by phone, but they just keep repeating the same steps without fixing anything. It’s been a total waste of time—about 15 hours yesterday and even more today.

The most concerning issue is that they don’t address it publicly, which makes it seem like the problem belongs to you.
