Hi, I’m having trouble finding a match using quick match with all maps selected. The servers seem mostly empty. Here’s what I know about the situation:
- I reside in the EU.
- In custom search, 3–4 German servers appear to show up, but filters are reset already.
- I own all DLCs.
- Running Windows 10.
- No error alerts about lost connection; instead, messages like “we couldn’t find suitable servers” appear.
- Internet speed is around 3 Mb/s.
- I set custom firewall rules for all ports.
- This happened after merging two accounts (tech support dismissed it).
- I tried various troubleshooting steps from the provided links.
- I reinstalled the game out of desperation.

The router was rebooted following the firewall permission setup, or was it handled within Windows Firewall?

I included the suggested ports on the router and then rebooted it so the changes took effect. I also granted access permissions for every port in the firewall.

Consider pausing the Windows firewall temporarily (if you're using Windows) to check if it restricts functionality.

I was playing the game smoothly before combining the accounts. I contacted EA support, who told me this isn’t the issue. I’m not sure why it wasn’t addressed earlier—this feels like a community problem.

Sorry, buddy, my PC got taken a while back, so I wouldn’t have checked it then... EA doesn’t seem to handle these kinds of problems quickly enough.
