The same name "My Compupus" appears in another section under Device Groups. You're attempting to remove it, and you want to know what specific screenshot you should share.

Is "My Compupus" something familiar to you?
Similarly, what about "pupus"?
It might be a typo or a spelling mistake instead of the intended "My Computer".
Please share a few extra screenshots.
Send them here via imgur (www.imgur.com).
Have you encountered this link?

If not, think about uninstalling Teamviewer and reinstalling it.

I originally labeled it that and yes, it was a typo. I first set up that device group when TeamViewer behaved that way, but after the update I no longer use it.
I also shared a screenshot of the page where TeamViewer displays the device group.
I checked the link you provided, though, and it only explains how to remove a device from a group, not how to delete an entire group.

The typo has been fixed. The free version of Teamviewer does permit deleting a group, though there may be some default settings that cannot be altered. How many managed devices do you have? The free version supports up to three.

I’m unable to proceed since the options aren’t available and the interface won’t let me choose properties. The context menu disappears and nothing responds. I’m certain the free TeamViewer version supports device group removal, which I’ve done before. Also, my “My Compupus” group appears unexpectedly when launching TeamViewer—it’s really helpful. Sorry for the delayed reply; I’m currently in rehab and have limited time.

The deletion feature might have been available in previous free versions but was later stopped for certain reasons. It's unclear what else to recommend besides reaching out to TeamViewer directly for clarification.

If right-clicking and choosing "properties" isn't effective, check if the group has a "Delete" or "Remove" button in the context menu. Alternatively, search for "Manage" or "Edit" options that could help you delete the group. In some cases, updating TeamViewer to the newest version may resolve issues caused by outdated software.

Sorry for the late reply. Rehab has been keeping me busy.
If there's no way to remove it then I guess that's fine and I'll just have to live with it. I appreciate the help.
