It functioned correctly after reinstalling the tool. Previously it had issues, but now it operates properly.

You're experiencing connectivity issues with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and you're having trouble locating the necessary tools. Here are some suggestions:

- Look for official Microsoft support pages or downloads related to your device model.
- Check community forums or tech support groups for users facing similar problems.
- Consider using third-party WiFi utility tools if official ones aren't available.

If you need further help, feel free to share more details about your device and operating system.

I spent a lot of time looking for a fix that matched the symptoms OP shared in his video. The ASRock WiFi Connector Utility isn’t available anymore, so I had to try another path. In my setup, WAN was set to "Auto," which didn’t function properly in Windows 10. Changing it to "Enabled" resolved the problem. Check out the linked video for guidance on finding the WAN setting in BIOS.
