I spent a lot of time looking for a fix that matched the symptoms OP shared in his video. The ASRock WiFi Connector Utility isn’t available anymore, so I had to try another path. In my setup, WAN was set to "Auto," which didn’t function properly in Windows 10. Changing it to "Enabled" resolved the problem.
