Hello, I captured a recording of PingPlotter and Resource Monitor side by side. I’m not sure exactly what I’m trying to find, but here’s the video.

I mentioned running PingPlotter on another machine connected via Wi-Fi while my own device experienced packet loss. That situation had no problems; I could attempt to start my laptop, though I doubt it’s the main concern. My Windows version is 21H2, and the router has been restarted several times since the problem started. It’s a Technicolor DGA4134NLK if that clarifies anything.

Consider using a Linux Live USB to start fresh, then execute MTR to verify no packet loss is present—indicating a Windows installation. This approach might simplify the reinstall process.

Sure, I can provide clear steps for what you're asking. Just let me know the details, and I'll walk you through it.

It seems the issue might be related to network configuration or driver problems. Since you're not planning to reinstall, check your network settings, drivers, and consider restarting the network adapter. If the problem persists, look into potential conflicts or firmware updates.

Have you explored alternative methods? If no packet loss reaches another device, it’s likely your network routing is acting strangely for pings. The exact PC isn’t clear—it might be a DDoS safeguard in your router.

packet loss has just begun while I’m typing this. I’m trying to ping another address, but I assumed it would affect all targets if loss reaches 192.168.1.1. The main issue seems to be packet loss toward Rocket League servers in various regions. I’m confused because it’s happening only on my Windows setup between 8:30pm and 12:30am, with random intervals—sometimes every 10 seconds, other times 10 minutes—and it keeps occurring regardless of what I do on my PC.
