Hi, I just completed setting up my desktop but it’s not functioning properly. I suspect an issue with the DRAM. There’s a yellow indicator light when one DRAM is installed, and it changes to red when the second one is added. I need assistance identifying the cause and resolving the problem. Everything else seems normal—fans and GPU are working. Thanks, Itjocke

Yes, I double-checked that the RAM is firmly installed throughout.

It appears you're trying to identify the motherboard based on error codes. You might want to check the manual inside the box or visit the manufacturer's website for detailed information.

Review the error codes in the motherboard guide—it could provide insight. Which components are involved?

The motherboard guide isn't great. Red light indicates CPU problems—check alignment and pin condition. Yellow light points to RAM issues or initial setup. Need confirmation on the RAM serial numbers? They should match something like F4-3200C16Q-64GTZN for reference. Link provided for more details.

It seems you're referring to an update for your system. The new version was released after the 6xx series motherboards.

Both RAMs connected cause the CPU to flash red, while inserting just one RAM results in the DRAM indicator turning yellow.

The device won't allow updates since the system isn't functioning. Is there another method you could try?
