With XMP now running at 3200MHz, latency is 16ms—seems acceptable. I can access BIOS and XMP functionality, but video issues appear to stem from the 4070TI. It works fine as-is or with a revert. Benchmarks show solid performance; I’ll share the results here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/63018218
