I have a fresh build aside from RAM. It might be that my VRAM isn’t sufficient (12GB). Even if games use around 6GB of VRAM, I still need solid RAM on my PC. My previous RAM struggles with XMP because it can’t handle the speed needed now. Possibly 2400MHz is too slow for loading textures these days.

I don't have specific details about your system. Could you provide more information or clarify what you're referring to?

2400MHz RAM works well for textures, no need to second-guess or reference others.

12GB of VRAM comfortably covers the needs of most current games. For systems with Ryzen processors, high-speed RAM is preferred—3200+ AM4 or 5800–6200 AM5 can boost performance by about 5%.

Actually, I found that using a smaller amount of GB on regular RAM tends to be better than high MHz. My setup includes a 4070TI and an i5-13600K, a fresh motherboard, and a new PSU. The only older component is the RAM, but it still runs smoothly in most games—even those I struggled with before, like my older 1060 OZXC6297.MP4.

No need to boost your RAM. 12GB of VRAM works well. For gaming, DDR3 or DDR4 at 2400MHz is acceptable.

Yes, you're probably using four RAM sticks with varying latency settings.

I'm not entirely confident, but the speeds are consistent. Where can I find the latency details? Can I adjust them? (probably related to bios)

This game trait applies to all players regardless of system specs. If you manage view culling and pop-in settings, they’re usually adjustable via a distance or detail slider. Otherwise, it’s likely linked to lower, medium, or higher model or detail levels.
