Find the screenshot feature in the Task Scheduler interface. It may vary depending on your system, but usually it’s under the preview or export options. If unsure, check the help documentation for guidance.

It seems you've already tried the newest versions and possibly reverted to older ones. It still occurs even when lowering the graphics settings. The issue might not be the game itself but rather something else affecting performance.

It might occur when your game collection resides on a solid-state drive and becomes scattered. I experienced comparable problems with GTA Online previously, specifically with that title. Once I cleaned up the HDD, the concern disappeared.
