The suggested PSU for a 3060ti is a high-quality 600-watt unit.
This 600-watt rating is determined because it doesn't account for other components in your system. They recommend this value specifically for AMD Threadripper 3990X CPUs.
A 650-watt model would be more than sufficient.
The price gap between a 650 and a 750 watt PSU is only five dollars, so opt for the higher capacity.
The RM750X you chose is a solid option.

The only incompatibility is between the Motherboard and the CPU. You'll need a motherboard compatible with 10th Gen Intel CPUs. It might be worth verifying the CPU cooler as well—does it fit on a 10th gen board? Probably not.

Check the compatibility of the parts for a 10th Gen CPU by reviewing the specifications and ensuring they match the requirements of that processor model.

10th Gen Intel uses LGA1200 socket. You should choose a motherboard compatible with that socket. One option is listed here: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compar...99,wqgQzy/. To explore all boards supporting the 10700K, visit: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/mother...ice&page=1. How much are you planning to spend on a CPU cooler?

The good ones are the items that meet the criteria, while the budget ones are those that fall within the specified limits.
