It might be a RAM issue. Please share your RAM speed and timing details. Did you turn on expo? How many RAM sticks are installed? You might want to test with just one stick; if it still fails, swap it with the other. Consider resetting the BIOS to factory settings to check for improvements. Also, confirm whether you have the latest Nvidia driver, AMD chipset driver, and Windows updates installed.

Used memtest 64 and it completed without any issues. Expo is ready. Proceeding with a BIOS reset to the default settings.
