I looked at the event viewer and found
Critical/Kernal Power: The system restarted without a clean shutdown. This issue might stem from the system failing to respond, crashing, or losing power suddenly.
Error : Dump file creation failed because of a problem during dump creation. BugCheckProgress was: 0x00040049

You need to compile a complete list of all specifications, including power supply, processor, cooling solution, motherboard, RAM, graphics card, storage drives, and operating system version. Also, determine how recent the power supply unit is.
Corsair PSU 16 GB DDR 4 Trident RGB RAM paired with Ryzen 5 5600x, Deepcool air cooler, Aoros X470 motherboard, RTX 3070 graphics card, two Samsung NVMe drives, two hard drives, running Windows 11. The power supply is three years old.
There isn't enough information. Corsair produces both strong and weak units.
We require the precise model.
Launch the Command Prompt with admin privileges and execute sfc /scannow to detect and fix damaged system files. In the same prompt, run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth to restore the Windows image.
