Is there any way to make the mouse cursor move by itself?

Hello,
Because of COVID, our offices are now online. My company uses software to monitor my work hours, mainly tracking my mouse movements. Sometimes I need to step away from my desk for personal reasons, which leads to my manager reprimanding me. I’m trying to find a solution that allows me to move the mouse cursor when I’m not at my desk. If anyone has an idea, please share it.

/R/C car... connect the mouse to it and simply carry the controller with you, moving it occasionally.
Alternatively, choose an RC that operates via a smartphone, though this can become costly and complex.
Or train your pet, or a child, to operate the mouse.

I doubt your business will notice this program. You might also consider using mouse jiggler, though it's a paid service that could incur costs.

Find a free tool that won’t cost you anything to control the mouse cursor. Look for software that doesn’t leave a trace for your company.
