Are you just focused on gaming? If yes, then why would you choose such a powerful CPU with a cheaper GPU? Consider the Ryzen 5 2600, 3600, or 1660S/1660ti.
I got it in the hope that I could improve it later (2070, 2080, or next gen) since 1. I’m budget-friendly 2. GPUs are costly and 3. I require some visual output. Also, I don’t just play games (like this posting), and I don’t really engage in heavy gaming (currently just playing a lot of ROBLOX – don’t judge).
I don't judge, but running at 1650 isn't ideal with the R7 2700x.
You don't require such high performance for Roblox.
I aim to play more ARK but I hit around 53 FPS until... The water really takes it down, bringing it to about 32 FPS and making the game almost impossible. Still, as I mentioned, I need a better GPU. This is just a temporary fix that came with going AMD/Ryzen.
