It depends on whether your post appeared in multiple threads; otherwise, it counts as spamming only in the CPU thread topic. Also, what CPU cooler are you using?

the cpu cooler seems a bit too basic for a 6-core processor.
are you using enough ram, and can you fit the aio in another case?
have you updated the bios prior to upgrading to a 5600?

I have made some changes to the bios.
I've tested various coolers; you can check them here:

The temperatures are nearly identical, though a bit higher on my weedy cooler.
In AIDA CPU stress test it's around 64 degrees, while OCCT shows 90-100.
I'm using a 32GB Ballistix (Crucial) with 3200Mhz and speeds of 16-18-18-18-36.
I won't be getting different cases.
😉
I can't fit an AIO here, and the upper grill is closed (fake).

Nevertheless, the roblox might seem like an unusual choice to depend on, but it includes a microprofiler that is quite useful for displaying your CPU and GPU rendering times. (When I encountered freezes, it clearly shows this)

install a fan in the back of the pc case and check if temperatures drop. use a cooler of appropriate size to manage the wattage. october should be between 90 to 100, indicating possible poor contact or over-tightened paste—paste may have been squished out; verify what you're using.

The temperature isn't an issue here, at least I thought. I focused on RAM usage and discovered that the Pagefile is struggling with my drive. (It was a bit slow even on SSDs, and much worse on HDDs). I turned it off, which helped somewhat, though not completely. Also, don't fault my HDD—I've had similar issues before with an SATA SSD.

PC:
GPU - Rtx2070Super EVGA
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600 himself
MB - msi B450m pro vdh max
PSU - PCCooler GI-K800
RAM - 32GB (16x2) ballistix 3200mhz 16-18-36
The problem is with CPU freezing, it's quite unstable. I frequently experience stutters and freezes on the CPU side. Who can assist in identifying whether the issue lies with the RAM, MB, CPU or another component?
In summary, I believe the fault is likely near the CPU. This AMD model tends to malfunction unless the multiplier is adjusted to x45.0.
To be honest, the motherboard isn't built for such high frequencies under full CPU load—it exceeds the manufacturer's specs and is essentially overclocking.
I generally don’t have a strong opinion on AMD, whether it’s their GPUs or CPUs. I’ll avoid using them from now on. Do you have any suggestions about what might be causing this?
Yes, the PSU could be subpar, but most people in my country (Kazakhstan) still use "KCAS", Cougar STX, and Deepcool DE / PF. On builds with GPUs like RTX3080, that’s really bad. I’m not the worst here either.
