When you cease increasing the CPU's speed, will the freezing cease? Also, what cooling solution are you employing?

If you reset the CMOS (BIOS) back to its original configuration without overclocking, it may cause even more issues. Increased stuttering and more glitches will occur. The heatsink is quite basic, yet it doesn't actually overheat during gameplay.

Stuttering or glitches occur in various areas, not just a specific game or generally.

Yes, the issue happening in every single application except for windows desktop probably xD. However selecting too much icons on desktop will result a small lag.

There are several problems I notice.
The CPU might not be cooled adequately; a better cooler would help.
A rear exhaust fan is necessary. Ensure there is sufficient airflow around the motherboard and CPU components.
Your HDDs risk a short lifespan if not installed correctly. Secure them properly to avoid internal damage.
Do you have any front fans available?

No any case fans. The drives... Well, they are not complaining...
What about drive mounting... Well, the wires is very tough so it will act as an suspension like a car one.
Here's third drive

List the full build with power supply information.
Reset BIOS and ensure all OC is disabled. Use a house fan directed straight into the case, focusing maximum airflow on the CPU/VRM section of the board. Any benefit?
Are temperatures being tracked via tools such as Core Temp or HWI?

Do you possess a room fan designed to push air straight into the case during operation? This could indicate an airflow or cooling problem. What causes your HDDs to be loose?

- No overheating detected, but CPU behaves as if faulty with high power use and heat (can exceed 140W even with a 65W limit)
- No viruses found
- Tested on clean windows on a separate formatted drive
- No changes made in BIOS; CMOS was reset by accident
- Amd issues are causing problems
