No, it just stops working right away. I got the software but the computer failed before I could do anything with it. I can't access Malwarebytes or my files. After some time, the PC keeps crashing. It looks like the machine is totally unusable.

I've already attempted to enter safe mode but received a message saying "repairing C drive" followed by a black screen with loading animation. No progress has been made.

I plan to switch to my brother's GPU and then try using the shift + restart method to enter safe mode.

If that works, what actions should I take once in safe mode?

It's something that should have been addressed. Two issues stand out: the GPU and the motherboard. Please put in the card you mentioned and attempt to start.

Ahh okay, yeah there seems to be something very weird.
But yes I will put in the other gpu and try. I can also try doing the thing you said about reinstalling my windows drive without any other disk in except keyboard and mouse. But first I will try with my brothers gpu.
