I encountered a similar issue: when the PE system installation tool neared completion, it triggered an error. I replaced all components, but the problem persisted—a faulty CPU PCIe controller failed to write data properly to SSDs.
Since the only part I haven’t changed in this build is the mainboard, I think you’re on the right path. Although I’d rather not have to replace the mainboard, I feel it’s now the next logical step. Thanks for all your support here. Wishing you a wonderful new year.
