The 7950x offers strong performance but lacks the efficiency of 3D v-cache. You can get close to the 7950x with a 7950x3D and an added 7800x3D, making it the optimal option when configured correctly in UEFI. The 7950x delivers maximum efficiency at around 105W, while the 14900k struggles to match that without significant performance drops.
