it's not extraordinary but it works at 1080p, probably won't reach maximum settings but should handle games fine.

Today's standard is a 2070? What rationale are you using?
OP, you can play a lot of games on very reduced settings. All depends what is comfortable for you.
Are you looking to buy that PC or somehow acquire it?

You should be able to play Borderlands 3 without any problems
CS:GO isn't the default, but you'll still get around 500 frames per second
