the latest version is the norm there. that's how standards function now.
those individuals who purchased the standard about 1-2 years ago make up the majority on steam, right?
you don't force anyone to buy a 1080ti or a 1070 these days.

for the money, you stole it from whoever you got it from, its fine, just ( test ) games before you buy them
youll be able to play the games
and youll be able to play csgo ranked no problem, the only bottleneck on csgo skill will be your mouse and monitor, just dont worry about the comp.

It's manageable for light gaming... the CPU feels fairly old but I think it still supports 8 cores (though not fully independent), and the GPU is of average quality—subjectively, some say a GTX 1080 is low-end. Overall, it should run and be mostly usable with lower graphics settings, though you won't see close to 60 frames per second.
