Good afternoon everyone. I just bought a pre-made computer from Best Buy at this link: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-ome...mpaignID=1368791&eut=3523261955&intl=nosplash. It is new, but it won't let me put Windows on it correctly. Every time I try to restart after installing windows, the computer keeps asking about language and keyboard settings before stopping. I tried using the recovery tool to start a fix, but it just shows an error: "Startup repair couldn't repair your PC" along with a log file named C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt. When I tried to install Windows from a USB stick, it started up briefly and then froze before crashing. I remember seeing the error code 0xc0000001 once but didn't know how it worked. Can I still fix this? What steps should I try next?
