Is my computer restarting unexpectedly during gameplay?
Hello,
I have a "new" pc, built last october.
-NZXT 750W gold psu
-ryzen 5800x3D
-NZXT N7 B550
-4070 TI
-32 gb ram GSKILL TRIDENT Z
-Nvme ssd
-W11 home
I first had a 6800 XT, but it was defective and the shop where i bought it gave me a refund, and i got a 4070ti instead (same price and available). I did a clean install of windows just to be sure with the drivers,
I have my new gpu for maybe 2 month now, and i recently had this problem while gaming. The PC freeze, and my screen turn black, with some colors like this:
It stays like it for maybe 5sec, then the computer is rebooting,
I have even more issues while playing Diablo 4, where all my pc "stutter" while alt-tabbing
Please don't tell me I have a GPU issue AGAIN.

Which specific model is this, and for how long has it been in service?
Usually I mention PSU, GPU or RAM. Brief spikes from the GPU might force it to use more power than the PSU provides, activating over current protection. You can try additional tests to evaluate the system further. Regarding undervolting, consider adjusting the power supply or graphics card settings if needed.

they returned it to gigabyte, claiming it was dead. The problems weren't identical, but there were still issues present. The temperature is normal. How could it harm the GPU?
