Recent weeks have seen unusual behavior. The system occasionally reboots without any program running, yet the power button remains on. It hasn’t been overclocked and had previously worked exceptionally well. A drivers update was applied just before the problems started, which led me to suspect a possible cause—but I haven’t encountered this issue elsewhere online.
Additionally, adjusting the background settings triggers an error:
"No product key for Windows can be found"
Where do I start? Should I flash the BIOS?
Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.
Both tools might record an error code, warning, or informational event shortly before or during the reboots.
We tested the NVIDIA GPU drivers. I didn't provide enough details.
Power on in safe mode and employ Display Driver Uninstaller (www.wagnardsoft.com) to delete the graphics drivers. After that, reinstall the driver and check if the problem continues.
