Bad characters are dull and disappointing; the game alone isn't enough—it must be driven by a compelling narrative. But the plot falls flat unless you're aiming for a strong sci-fi experience like Mass Effect, and the action feels repetitive grinding. Edited October 30, 2017 by Kameegaming (typo)
All three are loot shooters, yet borderlands and destiny share a comparable layout.
I really enjoy the game. For sixty dollars I've already received good value over the last six days. (A lot of playing). But it depends on whether this kind of game fits your interests. My friends and I gather around, exploring the areas in search of bonus lore and aiming for the best weapons. It's a repetitive task, yet the story is engaging. If you're focused solely on the narrative, you might want to consider other options.
Playing Borerlands 1 & 2 and now Destiny 2 has really improved my experience. The characters in Borderlands are great, but Destiny 2 stands out more. I’m enjoying the story more, the gameplay feels snappier, and the PvP is straightforward to join. Plus, the settings in Destiny 2 keep me engaged much longer than in Borderlands.
