Too many ranks in CSGO. Silver and low gold should be grouped together. Gnm-le should stay in one category. Don't progress by matching your skill to others.
DELRUS BTW has another friend who is linked to a banned account, with one CSGO game under 300 hours. In the demo he turns on an aimbot and just takes everything down. We fought really hard—14-5—and ended up tied when he used it. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198144873317
To avoid issues, consider using the esea client and playing on esea servers instead.
