I tested game.debate, and it indicated that my processor and RAM are satisfactory, though my graphics card performance is just average.

This provides a rough estimate but doesn’t account for many factors, therefore shouldn't be used when making purchases. The lowest compatible processor is an Athlon II x2 6000+, which you nearly meet; the graphics card is an 8600 GT, which you marginally surpass. Achieving 30 frames per second at 720p with medium-low settings or higher would be considered successful.

Purchase the title and test its performance; if it runs smoothly, you’ll have a fresh gaming experience. If it struggles with whale bubble effects, consider that it indicates a requirement to enhance your hardware (I recall receiving two complimentary copies of this game alongside my earlier dual 660ti purchase – it's time for an upgrade).
