It is neither good nor bad. Just totally irrelevant and meaningless.
And since this is a BGA CPU/motherboard, you cannot change it.
Having seen some people on utube do it does not showcase the years of practice, equipment needed, and the dozens of fails before getting it right.
For now, I shouldn't concentrate on it, just like you mentioned "Irrelevant and Meaningless" when talking about the bottleneck.

Those 'calculators apparently alter the outcome depending on the day of the week.
As a test, over several years, I ran the same set of parts through the same 'calculator' and obtained three different results.
Pay attention to how the device performs what you require it to do.
If it doesn’t provide satisfactory gameplay, consider upgrading your laptop.
For various tasks, it might still be perfectly acceptable.
