It's extremely bad and definitely not suitable for consoles, just for PC.

30fps, 720p, all low settings. That’s the bare minimum. The real question is which game it is—different hardware requirements apply for titles like Cyberpunk or Age of Empires 3.

Based on cdprojektred's perspective (though not personally tested), my 4790 paired with a 5600xt feels fairly average for a 1080p30fps setup—roughly matching the typical experience on xone or a PS4. While it’s decent, 30fps isn’t ideal; any frame drops will be noticeable. In games like Civilization III, Sims, or SimCity, 30fps is fine, but titles like Return to Castle Wolfenstein perform much better at higher frames. Of course, players aren’t required to maintain 30fps, but it still affects the overall feel.

So you're talking about the actual feel of the experience. I'd say it still hinges on the game. A steady 45-50 frames per second works well. Consistency is what matters. If you notice a drop from 100fps to 15fps, that's normal. But a swing from 60 to 45 is a big change.
