Have you explored executing tests such as Crystal Disk Mark and others on your different storage devices to verify their performance? Also, please quote individuals when responding, and make sure to follow this discussion so you stay informed about new posts.

The SSD is nearly full and performance drops significantly when it reaches capacity. Running the game on another drive might help. The problem may also appear in offline singleplayer sessions, possibly due to network instability in WoW. Consider your system's RAM usage—exceeding it can cause unexpected behavior. Another potential cause is the SATA controller on your motherboard, though it's less common. Try updating your GPU driver versions as well.

The SSD is about half full right now. I've ran it when only Windows and the drivers are installed and it still stutters. In the video the RAM usage isn't even half and that's with OBS recording and also without a paging file. I've also tried with a paging file of varying sizes. The Sata controller sounds like it could be a problem. Like it's sometimes lagging behind and not working correctly. I just wish there was a good test for it. The second part of the video shows the stutter in Crusader Kings II, which is offline. I even disabled the network card. I haven't tried older drivers, I've tried the beta drivers and that did nothing. Are there any particular set of drivers I should test? Or should I just go back a few editions?

I’d definitely give it a shot. I’ve experienced the same issue with that exact CPU before. Using an Intel 4690K eliminated the lag and almost doubled my frame rate. (Don’t worry, I’m not suggesting you switch just for this.)

I don’t have a clear idea of which driver would suit you since I’m using Nvidia components and not AMD. @GzeroD shares the same GPU, so they might have useful insights.

I tested various drivers and even reinstalled Windows multiple times, but the issue kept happening. People suggested it might be related to the SATA controller or the whole chipset in the motherboard. I’ll try a different unit to see if it improves.

Didn't you remember when I asked if he played all the games on potato settings and he mentioned the stuttering went on? That's one of those things, and I don’t want to push you to return your card but issues with a card can lead to serious problems. I messaged a friend about this thread so they might be able to assist you better before you decide to upgrade or buy something new @ GzeroD

The benchmark doesn't necessarily cause the PC to freeze; it may just show impressive performance. Edit: I own an 8350 and a 7850, so you can share those specs for comparison if you'd like.
