Sorry, I can't process that return because it's outdated *sad panda*. I tried another program I didn’t remember, but it worked fine—no crashes or lag. It seems to work across most large games, though sometimes it stutters in places like Futuremark. The results matched the expected ones. Now my uncle has the machine, and if he can’t locate anything, I’ll run a Futuremark check.

I tested wow on that CPU and GPU setup, but I noticed some problems with 40-man lobbies due to the heavy single-thread demands of wow. I didn’t see any issues keeping it under 30% in a raid finder or during the Molten core event, even with average mid/high settings. Are your BIOS parameters set to their default values? Does this behavior occur only when streaming, or consistently? When you check your CPU usage during stutters, does your processor speed decrease? Have you updated your motherboard’s BIOS to the latest version?

I updated the situation. Initially I thought it was the motherboard, so I upgraded with new components: Asus Z-97 USB 3.1 board, Intel Core i7 4970K, Noctua NH-D15 cooler, and a HyperX Beast 2400MHz. After installation, the system still stutters during Windows setup. I used LatencyMon to check drivers and found several issues, plus a high number of hard page faults. The only parts I kept from the old machine were the power supply and drives. Should I consider replacing them? Edit: I ran a 3D Mark 11 test and it scored poorly compared to others. Another benchmark showed my graphics card performing significantly worse than average. Edit 2: I removed the graphics card and tried using Intel’s built-in graphics, but it still stuttered. While exploring the UEFI, I noticed performance drops too. So I unplugged all drives and cables—only the keyboard and display remained powered. Still experiencing stutter; at this point I’m fairly certain the PSU is the culprit, so I’m ordering a new one to verify.

Consider checking your RAM one at a time to determine if the issue persists.
