I'm quite certain that among the ten candidates, several have shown interest in incorporating information sharing and protection at an organizational level into the gameplay. I understand we can't rely on that yet. In the meantime, a map in GIMP could serve as a strong alternative. Regarding the name, it refers to an apple—this is why I selected it—but I see the issue too. It also draws a parallel with a mining operation. Initially, I considered Project Arbor, inspired by the tree of knowledge, but since Arbor Day exists, it felt less meaningful and more arbitrary. Now I’m open to renaming it whatever suits best. Keeping the Latin theme in mind, Project Scisco (meaning "seek to know") sounds fitting. I also like Locus, though it might sound similar to Locust. Overall, my main point is that valuable information matters, and we must establish systems to safeguard it so its worth remains intact regardless of what enters the game systematically. Loose tongues can erode stock portfolios.

I enjoy Locus, appreciate movement, and get the update on the go. Right now we don't suspect any spies, but if they did, we could keep files secure with an encrypted zip. The idea is that you might build layers for mining areas or high military activity so maps serve everyone better.

I fully support this concept. I'm keen on diving into research, reconnaissance, and covert operations. Of course, I'm unsure about the feasibility of black ops elements or how well stealth mechanics would fit, but I believe this discussion is a good fit for exploration. I'm in for it!
