Use Windows to obtain and set up the Brave web browser. After installation, click the plus sign (+) to launch a new tab. Choose "New Private Tab with Tor" from the right-click menu. When Tor is connected, you can access any site through that tab. From there, you can download VPN clients as needed.

You can determine a website's IP address by sending a ping. But a school network is configured this way for valid reasons. If the school discovers you're tampering with their network or trying to access unauthorized accounts, you could face legal consequences.
