I'm using the Asus Rog Strix B550-A Gaming now, whereas before that I had an Asrock B550 Steel Legend which was causing issues with my CPU. It seems similar to what you described, but I didn't notice stuttering—just low frame rates. With the new mainboard, I'm experiencing these stutters again.

Thank you for your patience. I recently upgraded to an i7 13700k with a z790 mag tomahawk motherboard and 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM paired with my 3090. The stutters remain unchanged.
