Hi, I built my PC two years ago and have been experiencing stuttering in games ever since.
The system includes an Asus B550-A Gaming motherboard, a Ryzen 7 3700x and Ryzen 3 4100 processor, an RTX 2080s MSI Gaming Trio X and RX 3090 MSI Gaming Trio X graphics cards, a Trident Z Royal 2x8GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance Pro 4x8GB memory, a Seasonic 750W Powersupply 80Plus Platinum power supply, a Lian Li PC-O-11 case, a Deepcool Castle V2 260mm AIO water cooler, nine Coolermaster RGB fans, one 1TB Samsung EVO SSD, one WD Black M.2 SSD, and two 2TB HDDs.

Ensure BIOS and chipset drivers are current. Check your CPU and GPU temperatures during gaming. You might want to try enabling XMP with the 4 sticks, though it may not function. If unsuccessful, install Trident RAM in slots a2-b2 and activate XMP. Visit userbenchmark.com to run the test and share the results.

User benchmarks show: CPU – AMD Ryzen 7 3700X at 90.3%, SSD – Samsung 860 Evo 1TB at 116.5%, SSD – Microsoft Storage Space Device 999GB at 320.7%, HDD – Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2018) at 104%, RAM – Corsair CMW32GX4M4C3600C18 4x8GB at 97.9%, MBD – Asus ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING.
