I’m familiar mainly with using ThrottleStop for diagnosing and resolving issues. Many users switch away from Intel XTU once they discover it doesn’t always configure the CPU to its advertised settings. Typically, there’s a BIOS setting to revert to standard defaults. Reinstalling Windows isn’t required.

Fixing the windows brought some improvement. Throttle functions better and limits the TDP, eliminating further problems. I believe it’s related to the TDP being unlocked unintentionally. If you have any more questions, feel free to share. Appreciate the assistance!
