It varies. A full power stress test isn't usually practical for everyday use. Playing games or normal rendering should suffice, not matching a stress test results. Consider it like transmissions: regular driving matches the engine's output, but extreme bursts are different. My rig will slow down after about 30 minutes of continuous synthetic work, yet it's fine for real scenarios. So throttling stays within expectations
